Our Villa Roofing total quality assurance system begins at the project’s conception stage and remains in effect during the entire project life-cycle until completion. Our experienced team members adhere to strict quality control standard operating procedures, employing a series of steps including daily quality control checklist, supervisor visual inspections of all material and application methods, corrective action of any non-confirming material or application, and two levels of process audits.
Our Estimating team is an experienced team of dedicated professionals with decades of experience in estimating, engineering, and construction management. As a leader in the industry, we strive to provide our clients with competitive budgets and sound consultation on multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects in steel, wood-frame, and concrete, all while maintaining our core value of being easy to do business with.
Our project management team is a diverse team of energetic and dedicated professionals with backgrounds ranging from construction management, municipal government, information technology, engineering, and much more. Drawing on over 150 years of combined experience in roofing and waterproofing, our project management team is the heart of our business, ensuring we deliver on our promises.
Our Finance team is responsible for the overall financial management of Villa Roofing, including all financial reporting, taxation, risk management, banking, and treasury activities and is committed to achieving our vision of extending market leadership.
