Our Experience
Villa Roofing is a family-owned business that has been operating in BC for over 30 years. We are a proud member of the Roofing Association of BC (RCABC), Canadian Roofing Contractors Association (CCRA) among many others. Villa Roofing is a leader in the Waterproofing industry, having worked on numerous high-profile and complex jobs requiring extensive technical knowledge and solid Project Management. We pride ourselves on being able to provide a comprehensive Roofing and Waterproofing package to our clients and giving them value engineering options that will save them time and money all while building lasting relationships by exceeding our clients expectations on safety, service, and quality.
Community Engagement
Villa Roofing takes community engagement to heart and has been involved in a number of charity and social programs such as the Ride to Conquer Cancer, Ronald McDonald House, Langley Youth Resource Centre, and sponsoring multiple Vancouver-based amateur sports teams. Villa Roofing was also proud to be able to give back to the community by installing the roof for the Quest Food Exchange in Vancouver’s downtown East Side.
Quality Assurance
Our Villa Roofing Total Quality Assurance System begins at the project’s conception stage and remains in effect during the entire project life-cycle until completion. Our experienced team members adhere to strict Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures, employing a series of steps including Daily Quality Control checklist, Supervisor Visual Inspections of all material and application methods, Corrective Action of any non-confirming material or application, and two levels of Process Audits.

Estimating
Our Estimating team is an experienced team of dedicated professionals with decades of experience in Estimating, Engineering, and Construction Management. As a leader in the industry, we strive to provide our clients with competitive budgets and sound consultation on Multi-Family Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional projects in steel, wood-frame, and concrete, all while maintaining our core value of being easy to do business with.
Project Management
Our Project Management team is a diverse team of energetic and dedicated professionals with backgrounds ranging from Construction Management, Municipal Government, Information Technology, Finance, Law, and much more. Drawing on over 50 years of combined experience in Roofing and Waterproofing, our Project Management team is the heart of our business, ensuring we deliver on our promises.
Finance
Our Finance team is responsible for the overall financial management of Villa Roofing, including all financial reporting, taxation, risk management, banking, and treasury activities and is committed to achieving our vision of extending market leadership.
